Healthy Habits Living offers workout programs that are tailored to just YOU!  Any exercise can be modified to fit your needs or thrown out and switched to something that suits you. Finding a work-life balance is hard; learning rebalancing strategies will help minimize stress. Finding the balance with health coaching can help you stick to fitness.

Pricing varies on the depth of the program and the length of time that will be committed to your goals.

Nutrition consultant 1x week 30 minutes plus homework

Health coaching 1x week 30 minutes plus homework

  DNA program 2x week workout plus DNA test

Fitness training 2x week 45 minutes

 

Prices can change due to the time, depth of each case, and changes in goals; the client will be notified before the change. Client involvement in program(s) is voluntary, and can stop programs when desired. Minimum of 4 weeks is required. Payment is due before the program starts; any discounts are available after the program (money will be credited back). No refunds for dropping out before a program is completed. Dropping a program within the first 7 days is a 50% refund. DNA programs have no discounts due to 3rd party. Healthy Habits Living will not diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or disease and will not create a mandatory meal plan but guidance, understanding, and suggestion of a better way.
